ocean objects

The ocean is a glorified place of longing and healing since the nineteenth century, but also one of these places that serve as proof for our dealings with planet Earth. In this series ocean objects, I tried to unite this dualism by taking portraits of things that were washed up on the beach. The depicted objects are dominated by trash and naturally grown formations of shells and threads from fishnets.
